Do you like charcoal BBQs as much as we do? We LOVE the flavor of charcoal grilled steaks, pork chops, sausages and, well anything really! But how do you carry a griller on the road that is portable? The answer is this Smokey Joe griller from Weber, a house hold name in charcoal grills.
This puppy is a baby version of Weber’s big grill. You probably have one in your back yard. The Smokey Joe is only 14 inch in diameter and perfect for a couple of steaks, a few sausages and two ears of corn. It doesn’t take a huge amount of charcoal either, so a bag of that stuff will last longer and there is less to clean up. The handy size is also perfect to store in the storage bins of our motorhome. And here is another use for it . . . if you want a real campfire, but your RV park doesn’t offer fire rings, just light a fire in the base of the Smokey Joe. Leave the lid off and you have a perfect bowl-shaped container (off the ground) for your campfire! Mmmmm . . . . bring on the marshmallows!
